2. Eligibility and Account Registration

3. Bookings, Reservations, and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability, confirmation by third-party providers, and our approval. We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings if necessary.

• Payment Terms: Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan is agreed upon. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other methods as specified. All payments are non-refundable except as outlined in the cancellation policy.
• Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. Fees apply based on timing: 100% refund if canceled 60+ days before departure; 50% if 30-59 days; no refund if less than 30 days. Refunds are processed within 30-45 business days, minus fees. Travel insurance is recommended but not included.
• Changes and Modifications: Any changes to bookings (e.g., dates, destinations) may incur administrative fees of up to $100 per change, plus provider charges. Changes are not guaranteed.
• Pricing and Taxes: Prices are quoted in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We are not responsible for fluctuations in currency exchange rates or additional fees imposed by providers.

4. Travel Documents, Requirements, and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and complying with all entry, exit, health, and customs requirements for your travel destinations. We provide general information but recommend verifying with official sources like the U.S. Department of State or equivalent authorities. Failure to comply may result in denied entry, and we are not liable for any costs incurred.

Additionally, you must ensure you have adequate travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost baggage. We may offer insurance options, but purchasing is your responsibility.

5. Liability, Disclaimers, and Limitations

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We disclaim all liability for:

You agree to use the Services lawfully and not to:
